happening with CirKus FraX, we now have a newsletter that you can sign up for. Subscribers to the newsletter
will get mail before our shows and other important events.
We also have a couple of new shows booked for 2007. We're going to play the
Emergenza festival in Stockholm in January. We're playing Sunday
January 14th at 17:30. Contact
us to buy tickets. We sell tickets for 80 kr. They cost 100 kr
at the door.
We have also booked a spring show in Åsby Kulturhus on April
28th. This will be something a little bit special. Sun, a spring
breeze, tussilago... a Saturday matinee...

Two new shows booked! Once in Lindesberg (on November 11): the final
of Jam's music contest; and once in Örebro (the week after, on
November 18) in Folkets Hus. See you there!
Also, we just put up some lyrics to the songs on the music page.

We now have two shows coming up on October 25th: first at Jacs (gamla
teatern), and later at Satin.
The show at Jacs is part of the
vaudeville onsdagsklubben, which usually is a very entertaining blend
of different performances. They start at 8 - go there and see the
whole show! We will give a short performance, probably towards the end
of the show.
Later the same night we're playing a full concert at the club Suburban
Zoo at Satin (just a block away from Jacs). This way you can have a
full night out together with CirKus FraX!

We're going to play at a music contest in Lindesberg this coming
Saturday (the 14th), at around 9 pm. This is the second semi-final of
the contest, and the final is on November 11th. If all goes well,
we'll be in Lindesberg again then.

We're officialy booked at Suburban Zoo, a great club in Örebro. The show is
October 25th at Satin. And we have a great show for you with some exciting new material. More info coming soon!

Now there is a new video page on the site. Currently it contains two clips
from the Kulturnatten show in 2004. That's by far the most
well-documented show we have so far...
Unfortunately, Håbofestivalen, where we were booked to play on August
12, has been cancelled. We will still play at KB-festivalen and at
Hjulsjö bokloppis, and we also have a new gig booked for September
9, in Örebro.
Also, The album is a little further on its way. We recorded some more
guitars and vocals last week. We're hoping to release it before the end of
this year.

the site, and hopefully, this place will feel a lot better now. If

Thanks, all of you who came to our show in Åsby Kulturhus! It was great having you there. We hope to see you again on Saturday in B-salen in Folkets Hus.
There seems to have been some problems with the guestbook that we have
hosted on another site. Now there's a new one available right here. The old posts are still in the old guestbook, but should be transferred in a little while.

Hello everybody and a happy year 2006 from all of us in CirKus FraX.
So, maybe you all wonder what is happening with CirKus FraX nowadays. Well, the album is still being recorded, and should be ready...ehh...we really don´t know when to be honest. But one thing we can promise is that you will hear from us when it is completed!
Alongside the recording of the album we´re also writing and rehearsing some new exciting material. Take a look in the pictures-section for an exclusive "sneak-peek".
There are some potential gigs in front of us, and we in CirKus FraX look forward to a wonderful year 2006. And as they say in Germany, auf wiedersehen!

We´re sorry to announce that the gig at EkMastfestivalen in Uppsala has been cancelled, simply because the whole festival has been cancelled.
The recordings of the CirKus FraX debut album continues though. We finished all the bass this weekend, and begun with the guitars. Still we don´t know when it´s going to be finished, but we promise we will tell you!
That´s it for me, and hey, don´t forget the towel tomorrow!

Long time, no update. Sorry about that, all...
So what´s new? We´re still recording lots of great material, not sure when it´s all going to be finished, but we hope to throw a mad release party sometime this summer.
For you fans living in Örebro or nearby, CirKus FraX is featured in a radio program called "Blå Station" in P4 Örebro, this tuesday (22/3). We´ll be interviewed and the song "Finnish Hymn" will be played. The broadcast is at 17:00, don´t miss it!
A new website is under construction, I´m glad to tell. We´ve got some programming to do, but it´s not that far away, so keep on coming in!
We´ve got the first gig booked for this summer! We´re once again playing at the wonderful EkMast-festival, held in Uppsala, Sweden. More info on that when we get more close to the date. The date? Okay, I´ll give you the date. July 23rd, you´re happy now? Good.

Hey all! Time for a small update again! Make sure you vote for us at the Facefront (festival taking place in Piteå, Sweden) website, and that you wish for us to play at the big Hultsfred festival. Follow the links above.
The film is still being edited, and we are coming down to the end. Now we have the DVD production in front of us, and it will include lots of goodies and surprises, we promise! Meanwhile you can download two teasers of the film, the song The Sevens Seas And Beyond VIII: Beyond and Dating Miss November. Note that these are only low quality samples.
A huge thank you also to Petter's sister Ellinor for letting us use her webserver for putting our stuff on! We sure appreciate it!

As you who saw the show at Konserthuset may have noticed, we had a couple of guys running around on stage filming the show. The result of these guys filming is now being edited. Today we are starting day three of the editing, and I can tell you it´s hard work, and takes a lot of time. But when it´s done, it will reach you in some way, so be on the outlook in the DVD-shells! ;)
Also, I can tell you that the recordings is continued. Next, we will record strings on a couple of songs.

Hej alla fans!
Vad ni vill veta, men aldrig får reda på, är att vi i CirKus FraX håller på med att spela in. Förfullt. Den här helgen (27/11 o än så länge bara halva 28/11) har vi lagt sång på två låtar, och handklapp. Kan låta lite lite... men, det tog oss 12 timmar med rast och - om jag räknat rätt - lite drygt 40 kanaler. Så kanske vi ska fortsätta lite senare idag.
Förra helgen lade vi dragspel och blås på de 6 eller 7 låtarna vi håller på med i studio-FraX, på vilka trummor och Evert lades redan i våras, eller om det var i början av sommaren... ja, då i alla fall, la vi det. Så.. eh... nu är det bara resten kvar och det ser Vi framimot. När det är klart märker ni.

Thank you so very much to all the people who was involved in the show at Konserthuset last friday (04-11-12). The dancers, Björn (projector-operator), Magnuz at the spotlight, Jessica (photos & make-up), Sara (make-up), Johan & Sven for filming, the sound engineer, Film i Örebro Län for borrowing us all kinds of stuff, and of course Tomas at Konserthuset, you´re the best! You all helped us to carry out a great show! Thank you!

Hey there folks! Despite the inacvtivity on this website, quite a lot is happening with CirKus FraX. We are recording new songs, we have a new logotype, and a complete new website is also on its way. Also, we have a gig coming up. We are once again playing at Folkets Hus in Örebro, May the 11:th. This time together with the great bands ULF and T-MAZE.
